See if anyone can guess where our Neil was born and raised ….
It was a lovely Sunday morning in God’s Own Country, Skipton, Yorkshire with the majority of Team JMC’s highly tuned athletic machines (and Ken) having to endure the treacherous journey from deepest darkest Lancashire stood at the start line for Tough Mudder
11 miles up and down the hills of the lovely Broughton Hall Estate and then under, over and through some of the most challenging obstacles available such as the new and improved Arctic Enema, Funky Monkey and Mud Mile
Reaching the half way point and spirits were still high, although I’m pretty sure actual spirits would have been welcomed by all the team. As the team made their way towards the finish there were further treats in store including Cliff Hanger, The Liberator and Pyramid Scheme and Everest
With only one obstacle left, for the Legionnaires it was Dead Ringer or for first-time Mudders it was Electro-Shock Therapy, we were not far from the finish line, that well-earned drink and the prospect of entering again next year! So if you’re interested in joining Team JMC next year come and find us and don’t be afraid to join!!!
