This is all available to help all cyclists achieve their best potential with the finest materials, top composite layups and the best aerodynamics. Better design means better fit; this means we provide an unrivalled commitment to give you your best performance yet.

Proper Cleaner by Guy Martin
Bike cleaner by Guy Martin!! 70% of the world is water, why ship it?
Just the refills, all you need is a bottle and water..and something that needs cleaning!
This is the 1st product to be released by Proper Cleaner and it’s the workhorse of the range. For cleaning your push bike, motorbike or owt else with wheels (or tracks) on, week in week out, it’s the tool for the job. Just fill your bottle with your own water (750ml), drop in a complete capsule, give it 30 seconds and a shake and it’s reet.
The liquid is fully biodegradable, alkaline based and it’s not tested on Nigel the Dog or his mates. It’s safe to use on all surfaces, including carbon fibre and anodized parts, nor will it affect the performance of your disc brakes. You get 1.5 litres of cleaner, but because we’re not shipping you 1.5 litres liquid it has a smaller carbon footprint than other cleaners on the market and the technology behind it is trick!

Simon and the team at Loco Tuning look after the mountain bike suspension forks and shocks for Team JMC. MTB suspension needs to be regularly serviced to keep it working as it should. Take into account the amount of hours the lads and lasses of Team JMC are riding, looking after our suspension is no mean feat.
Loco provide rapid servicing turnaround and the know-how and expertise to make suspension units work even better than new.

Top local bike shop run by some of the friendliest people. Also home to a number of great bike racers.
Sarah and Shaun bought Mike Cookson Cycles in January 2009, forming Cookson Cycles, with Mike retiring after 30 years of hardwork building a great business. The store specialises in Trek, Lapierre, Giant, Mongoose, GT and We The People bikes, with a huge range of parts, clothing and accessories. Sarah joined the business new to the cycle industry, having spent a number of years in private equity backed global manufacturing industries.
After years of travelling she decided to give it up and go on a bike to work instead of a plane. Sarah rides a Trek Top Fuel 9.8 and a Trek 6.5 Madone road bike. Shaun had worked at Mike Cookson Cycles for 12 years before taking the leap into ownership with Sarah. Shaun is the main man when it comes to sales, and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to specifications of the bikes. Shaun rides a Trek 9.8, Trek Top Fuel 9.8, Project One Madone 6.7, Trek 1.9 Road bike. Shaun is often seen at most of the race events.

We’re into cycle racing and great lightweight components, stuff that will help you zoom up and down hills.
We deal with some of the world’s best manufacturers, get product, test it, ride it, race it, refine it and race it some more. If it’s good enough we’ll offer it at a great price.
Don’t be misled by our low prices, you’d be paying twice as much in the shops with the traditional distribution chain. We’re bringing it to you pretty direct, cutting out middlemen.
If you need a tin to put soap or potpourri in we don’t do it. Our products are pretty naked. We have minimal packaging, so they’re better value and we get a warm feeling inside doing a little bit for the environment.
