Sally Burgess, Louise and Patrick Watson ran in the Bolton 10k on a lovely sunny day. The race itself was local (always a bonus), friendly and well organised. The route consisted of two laps, mainly through Leverhulme Park. The only trouble with two loops is knowing what’s to come again including the Spooky Hill climb!
Sally and Louise came 9th (24) and 6th (29) in their age categories respectively, and Patrick came 4th (37) in the male juniors with a very impressive time of 39:10.
